Profound, lasting, deep healing is possible and available to you. The stress of our modern world, past trauma, or difficult relationships may have you feeling lost and fragmented. I help my clients turn their awareness inward, uncovering the depths and gifts inside on their path to healing. My role as a therapist is to facilitate a space in which you feel safe, comfortable, and understood, so we can remove blocks to you living the life you want to live. I intend to remain curious, compassionate, open-minded, and transparent every step of the way. I primarily use Internal Family Systems and EMDR therapy to heal trauma, depression, and anxiety. I use Non Violent Communication, and the Enneagram as tools to help you build healthy relationships with others. It’s an honor to go on these inner explorations with you.
I am a Level 2 Trained IFS therapist through the IFS Institute. This means that I have completed over 180 hours of advanced training in the IFS model. I am also involved in helping train other clinicians through being a program assistant for Level 1 IFS trainings. When looking for an IFS practitioner, please be sure to utilize the IFS institute's provider search feature to ensure that your therapist has been trained by the IFS institute - https://ifs-institute.com/practitioners
I do not accept any insurance. However, I am able to provide a superbill for clients who have Out of Network Benefits. A superbill is a statement you submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider, as they are sometimes able to cover up to 80% of the cost of the session. Many clients are able to use their Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account as well.
